Job Description:
Advanced Systems Group is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Procurement Specialist to support production needs in a fast-paced, creative environment. In this role, you will coordinate with stakeholders, producers, creatives, and project managers to fulfill procurement requirements for studio and production operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about organization, has a systems-thinking mindset, and excels at managing details and multiple priorities.
Essential Functions:
Process and manage a high volume of procurement requisitions for various products.
Communicate directly with talent teams and internal departments to assess and fulfill procurement needs.
Track and provide regular status updates to project teams on ongoing procurements.
Maintain accurate inventory records for all items in stock and storage at the NYC studio at all times.
Facilitate the return and donation of products according to team standard operating procedures (SOP).
Execute hands-on tasks such as unboxing, assembly, and testing of products.
Assist the art department with product demonstrations and setups on the studio floor.

Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma required.
1-2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably within live events, broadcast, or entertainment industries.
Experience in television, film, or post-production is preferred.
