💼 Procurement Manager📍 Austin, TX💰 $95,000 – $120,000 / year base🚀 OVERVIEWA growing real estate development company is hiring a Procurement Manager to turn design intent into finished, installed spaces across its pipeline of ground-up developments and renovation projects. You’ll own FF&E sourcing and purchasing end to end — from vendor selection through freight, customs, and final on-site installation — for luxury multifamily, student housing, and mixed-use properties.This is a hands-on role for someone who can run procurement logistics at scale while also building and leading a team to do the same.💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO● Source, purchase, and manage FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) for ground-up developments and renovation projects● Own the full procurement cycle — vendor selection, purchase orders, freight, customs clearance, and on-site delivery/installation● Coordinate directly with design teams to turn design intent into real, installed spaces on schedule and on budget● Manage, train, and delegate across a procurement team, balancing hands-on execution with team leadership● Support acquisitions assessments and renovation scope planning with procurement-side input on cost and timeline● Oversee creative art installation and styling programs for completed properties● Track purchase orders, lead times, and vendor performance across multiple concurrent projects● Troubleshoot shipping delays, damaged goods, and vendor issues to keep installation schedules on track● Build and maintain vendor relationships that support quality, pricing, and reliability across the portfolio🤩 WHY YOU MATTEREvery finished unit, amenity space, and lobby depends on the right furniture and fixtures showing up on time, intact, and on budget.
