Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts & Procurement Manager to lead procurement and subcontracting activities supporting the Base Operations Support (BOS) NGA National Campus West contract in St. Louis and Arnold, Missouri.

This position leads the procurement team and manages the full lifecycle of service and construction subcontracts, from solicitation and vendor selection through award, performance management, invoicing, and closeout. The role works closely with engineering teams, subcontractors, and government customers to ensure contract requirements, schedules, budgets, and service expectations are met.
