Overview

Reporting to the Procurement Lead, the Procurement Coordinator for Aroma Joe's Franchising, LLC (AJF) will be responsible for understanding various Software as a Service (SaaS) platform used by Aroma Joe's Franchising to coordinate and manage purchase orders, documents, meetings, daily reporting, inventory management, and forecasting. Additionally, this individual will oversee Aroma Joe's Franchising incident management platform and serve as the source of knowledge when needed for all incidents and place, track, and ensure the on-time arrival for all equipment/material purchase orders associated with the business.
