Procurement Specialist

Ottawa - Gatineau

SUMMARY

Reporting into the Procurement Manager, the Procurement Specialist is responsible for supporting and driving the effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for the successful delivery of the Alexandra Bridge Project. This role plays a critical part in the project procurement function and works closely with project managers, field teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure procurement activities align with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.

You will be responsible for managing procurement activities from sourcing and supplier engagement through contract administration and logistics coordination, helping ensure project success while maintaining compliance, quality, and cost effectiveness.
