Le posteUn rôle où votre rigueur de contrôleur de fonds rencontre l'impact produit. En tant que Fund Controller au sein de notre équipe Delivery, vous êtes le garant de la justesse financière de nos implémentations, sur trois volets :
1) Contrôle & modélisation financière : modéliser et contrôler les waterfalls, calculs de NAV, gestion de transferts d'engagements et réconciliations actif / passif du fonds
2) Consulting & pilotage client : recueillir les besoins, rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles, structurer le projet en jalons, prioriser et suivre l'avancement des livraisons.
3) Recettage & livraison : concevoir des cas de test financiers réels, valider les développements et assurer la livraison finale au client.
Vous piloterez des projets pour des GPs gérant plusieurs milliards, au sein d’un pionnier de l’innovation IA en PE: automatisation des reportings, amélioration du service aux LPs, aide aux GPs pour scaler leurs levées de fonds, simulateurs financiers…
Exigences
Le candidat- Profil expérimenté en Private Equity (4 à 10 ans d’expérience)
- Fund Controller / Back- ou Middle-Office en fonds de PE (gestion actif & passif)
- Audit de fonds PE en Big 4 (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC)
- Implémentation de logiciels de PE Fund Administration pour grands comptes
- Appétence marquée pour les sujets tech & IA
- Une expérience en Private Equity Wealth est un plus (Onboarding KYC investisseurs, relations CGP, calculs de rétrocommissions complexes)
- Français courant indispensable : poste avec exposition client face à des fonds d’investissement.
- Anglais professionnel requis : capable de tenir une présentation simple en anglais.
- Présentation / posture client-facing attendue : crédible face à des interlocuteurs finance haut de gamme.
