Compensation
Prysmian is committed to offering a competitive total rewards package to attract, retain, and motivate our talent. This includes a competitive base salary aligned with the relevant market and results‑based variable compensation that rewards performance.
Our salary range for this role is $87,000 - $117,000, reflecting the anticipated base salary for a fully qualified candidate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on skills, experience, internal equity, and market conditions.

Position Summary
The Plant Controller is a key member of the plant leadership team, responsible for managing financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, inventory control, and month-end reporting. This role provides valuable financial insight to help drive profitability, improve operations, and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and forecast manufacturing variances.
Play a key role in supporting Plant Management in achieving productivity savings against budgeted commitments.
Manage and coordinate the preparation of departmental and plant-wide budgets and forecasts.
Provide financial oversight and support for physical inventory counts.
Maintain accurate records of all assets, liabilities, and plant transactions in accordance with established procedures and direction from the Corporate Controller’s office.
Prepare and maintain cost standards for all products produced.
Coordinate the preparation of the annual capital budget, including financial justification, expenditure control, and objective analysis.
Ensure all reports, accounting data, and month-end closings are completed in accordance with Operations and Corporate deadlines.
Work with the Team Leader to meet all corporate reporting requirements.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Knowledge and skill requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; Accounting preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing plant accounting and controlling.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Experience with inventory controls and physical inventory processes.
Proficiency in SAP and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Professional certification such as CPA, CGMA, or CMA is preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with plant leadership and cross-functional teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
