At its high-tech plant in Douvrin (Pas-de-Calais) โ nearly 350 people โ Draka Comteq optical fiber company, using a complex process that combines technology and chemistry. Amidst ongoing industrialization and new technological challenges:
๐ We are recruiting: Plant Controller
Reporting to the Control Manager of the Optical Fiber division, you will conduct the economic and financial analyses required to steer the companyโs operations and strategy within your scope.
Your responsibilities :
- Analyze site performance: actual results, budgets, and targets variances
- Participate in the accounting closing process
- Conduct analyses and prepare ad-hoc reports
- Develop and update management tools based on business needs
- Identify anomalies and correct processes
- Verify ERP data consistency and report any anomalies to the relevant department

๐ฏ Your profile
You hold a Masterโs degree in Management Control/Finance or Industrial Management or a business school degree, and have at least 5 years of significant experience.
A professional with strong analytical rigor and synthesis skills, you stand out for your attention to detail and investigative mindset. With strong interpersonal skills, you collaborate effectively with the company's various departments.
