We are searching for a full-time Pension Payroll Support Specialist to join our Client Accounting & Advisory Service team. This role will be based in the Naperville.

The anticipated, average salary range for this position is $55,000-$60,000 with the final offer determined based on business-related factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, education, skill set, and professional certifications. As part of our compensation philosophy, offers are typically not made at the top of the range to allow room for future growth and salary progression over time
Essential job duties:
- Maintains payroll information by collecting and entering into payroll system
- Calculate and verify defined benefit pension values, ensuring strict adherence to actuarial standards, plan rules, and governmental compliance.
- Processes payroll by managing payroll preparation, completing reports and maintaining records
- Answer incoming hotline calls, and direct to the appropriate employee or department for resolution
- Administrative support filing records, documents, correspondence electronically
- Database management to capture and process payroll updates
- Correspond with clients and pensioners via email / phone
- Liaison to other departments regarding the payroll functions and as a point of contact to respond to payroll questions
- Other projects as assigned
Position Qualifications:
- 0-3 years’ of Payroll or Bookkeeping experience
- Strong verbal & written communication abilities
- Must have experience working in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi task, establish priorities & organize efficiently
- Highly motivated, self-starter
