Payroll & Benefits Coordinator

Oxford Solutions is working with a healthcare organization seeking a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator for a remote contract-to-hire opportunity. This role will support day-to-day payroll processing and benefits administration for employees across multiple states.
Work from home (remote) in the U.S. 

This is a good opportunity for someone with a few years of payroll, benefits, or HR operations experience who is detail-oriented and comfortable working with employee data, payroll systems, and recurring deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support multi-state payroll processing and review payroll data for accuracy.
• Assist with timekeeping, deductions, payroll adjustments, employee changes, and payroll corrections.
• Research and help resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Support employee benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, and payroll deductions.
• Maintain accurate payroll, benefits, and employee records.
• Assist with benefits reconciliation, employment verifications, and routine reporting.
• Work with HR, Finance, and managers to resolve payroll and benefits questions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll, benefits, HR operations, or related experience.
• Experience supporting multi-state payroll required.
• Familiarity with benefits administration and employee deductions.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems; BambooHR is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
