Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Validate and process data in our in-house payroll system.
- Ensure payroll, benefits reporting and payments, are compliant with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Closely collaborate with finance, to ensure smooth payroll processing and support and maintenance of our time tracking system.
- Contribute to continuous improvement working closely with the AskHR teams, HR Business Operations team and broader HR Services team to achieve solutions and improvements for all processes / tasks performed in the HR Shared Services Center.
- Respond to and resolve client inquiries via the case management system (Service Now). You will act as a strong advocate of the HR operating model, promoting its principles and educating our internal customers on HR systems and processes.
- Update payroll information for employees on our HR Portal and rresearch and interpret regulatory requirements for payroll processing.
- Respond to auditing and regulatory inquiries.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Fluent (verbal and written) in English and Dutch.
- Bachelor or Associate Degree in Human Resources, Finance, or other relevant Degrees.
- Advanced Excel user.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and methodical approach combined with confidentiality and data protection mindset.
- Experience in HR / Payroll, experience with payroll software: ADP (Perman), experience with time tracking software: Kronos and experience in a multinational company are considered advantages for the role.
