You as a Payroll Administrator will:
Process employee hires, changes, and terminations for hourly employees.
Process employee timesheets and adjustments, and run payroll.
Prepare monthly union reporting and related payments.
Perform payroll accounting functions, reconciliations, and reporting.
Assist with year-end reporting processes.
Respond to inquiries from employees and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with other payroll functions, as required.
Is this the right role for you?
You have 3+ years of payroll experience in a unionized environment.
You have your Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification.
Experience with Workday is an asset.
You are able to read and interpret collective bargaining agreements and determine related payroll requirements.
You are able to research payroll compliance matters.
You are a well-organized and detail oriented individual able to work as part of a team in a dynamic fast paced environment.
Able to work in-office located in London, ON.
The salary range for this role is $56,000 - $65,000.
