Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

2-3 year Contract US Citizen only - Drug Test & Background Check required RESPONSIBILITIES • Interface between Financial Planning/Analysis Team and others to drive consistency across financial processes

• Consolidate, analyze, and report to management on business and financial performance
• Drive data integrity and utilization of financial systems to enable automated performance analysis
• Act as the deputy for the assigned SVP in all aspects of the financial reporting portfolio, driving greater ownership of the financial statements
• Ensure quality submissions of information/data are provided to the business areas
• Work with FC Team to embed analysis into core processes
• Consolidate and categorize finance team inputs and supplement with relevant Business insight
• Communicate key deliverables and risks across business areas
• Work with the program finance teams to support successful delivery of the financial reporting portfolio EXPERIENCE SOUGHT Looking for candidates with experience in Finance Management, ideally FP&A, or experience as a Controller MINIMUM YEARS/EDUCATION REQUIRED: • Professional financial qualification/qualified accountant (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA, CFM, or MBA)
• Bachelor's OR Masters' degree in Finance or Accounting and experience in a similar finance role PREFERRED • A solid working knowledge of Finance modules in SAP
