Location
Naperville, IL. This position will follow a hybrid work-from-home/office model with at least three days in the office weekly.
Role Summary
Works to achieve operational targets within subject of expertise on a regional and/or dept basis. Manages staff within a dept, provides short-term tactical and operational oversight in assigned area. Provides improvements to existing processes/standards to support division goals. Maintains good working relationships with key vendors and partners.

Coach, mentor, counsel and develop employees

Provide direction to the employees in the dept. in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.

Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment incorporating and applying Core Values in role

Negotiate pricing with vendors

Take lead on depot / M&R rate review, analysis, approval

Collaborates with various teams to develop, monitor and report on KPI's

Develop reports for measuring cost and volume metrics

Maintain depot / M&R rate databases in ONE’s system

Develop and maintain good working relationships with vendors

Assists with the onboarding process for new and existing depots.

Independently complete pre and post planning for depot / M&R procurement/onboarding.

Escalation point for invoice disputes

ONE NA follows a hybrid work schedule requiring employees to work 3 days in the office (i.e. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote each week.
Salary commensurate with experience means your pay will be directly proportional to your background, skills, and qualifications.
