About the Role
As our Junior Business Controller, you will join Group Finance in a role designed for someone who wants to take real ownership early in their career. From day one, you will step into a position of trust, taking full financial responsibility for a Global Service within our organization. This is a practical, hands-on role where you will balance standard financial cycles with an impactful and international scope, giving you a sharp learning curve and continuous opportunities to take on more responsibility as you grow.
Working closely with and guided by senior finance colleagues, you will transition quickly from analyzing numbers to actively advising the business. You will join the Senior Business Controller in strategic budget talks and high-level business dialogues. This is a clear, accelerated path for your long-term career growth within our global Finance team.
What You Will Do

- Support the budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning cycles by gathering inputs, building schedules, and preparing figures for strategic business dialogues.
- Grow into a direct finance partner and advisor for internal stakeholders, bringing cost and margin follow-ups directly to business owners over time.
- Participate in and lead internal improvement projects, contributing to global finance initiatives, system optimizations, and process standardization.
- Broaden your commercial understanding and master complex corporate finance concepts through structured coaching and direct mentorship.
Who You Are
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in business control and/or financial analysis.
- Bachelor’s (HBO) or Master’s (WO) degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Economics, or a related field.
