Business Controller BNL

At CWS Cleanrooms, we help customers operate their cleanroom environments safely, efficiently, and sustainably. We are looking for an experienced Business Controller supporting our international Controlling team and provide financial support to our operations in the Netherlands and in Belgium.

In this role, you will ensure the integrity of financial reporting, drive financial performance, and partner with the business to deliver valuable insights that support growth and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform the yearly Budgeting and Midterm Planning in close collaboration with the international Controlling Team
• Prepare and coordinate the monthly closing process including the review of revenue recognition, accrual requirements, cost checks and reconciliations
• Perform variance analyses and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow by overseeing timely invoicing and payment processes.
• Perform Controlling on CapEx spend, profitability checks and Forecast CapEx expenditures.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• 5-10 years of experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with ERP systems, financial software, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full professional proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
