Your Role:
Due to expansion we are recruiting for a Part Time Junior Accounts and Payroll Administrator in our Support Office in Ashbourne. This is a great opportunity for someone to learn new skills and grow within a fast paced environment as part of the Finance Team. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
You must be able to work onsite Monday to Wednesday 830am until 5pm.
What You’ll Do:
- Input and reconcile accounts payable & accounts receivable. Follow up with invoice approval
- Complete weekly payroll for several entities within the group
- Working alongside the Area Manager for payroll purposes and following up with store managers with any queries
- Review and record employee expenses
- Add new starters to HR System and distributing new starter uniforms accurately
- Knowledge of processing bank payments
- Co-ordinate Manual Handling courses
- Any other financial administration duties required
What We're Looking For:
- Be willing to learn new skills
- IPASS completion and HR knowledge is an advantage but not essential
- Have a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role
- Experience using Intact IQ, Softworks and Brightpay is a distinct advantage
- Must be organised and detail focused
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work as part of the finance team
- Must have strong communication skills
- Have strong MS skills in particular MS Excel
- Experience using SharePoint and working within digital systems would be an advantage.
