Internship –Financial Controller Junior – F/M

About the mission we offer you:

 The list of tasks is not fixed and exhaustive, but objective is to support Ekwil team, covering the full financial scope, with a specific focus on : 

1. Budgeting and Forecasting: 

- Collaborate on the preparation of annual budget
- Assist in gathering and consolidating financial data from pillars

2. Financial Reporting and Analysis: 

- Prepare detailed monthly forecast
- Support the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders

3. General Accounting Support: 
- Assist in the preparation of journal entries for quarter-end, and year-end closing 
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency with supporting documentation 
- Participate in the preparation of trial balances and ensure proper allocation of revenues and expenses

4. Accounts Payable and Receivable: 

- Support the review and processing of supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies. 

- Help reconcile supplier and customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies

5. Internal Controls and Compliance: 

- Participate in the review and enhancement of internal financial control processes 

6. Treasury: 

- Support in day-to-day treasury tasks related to Procure to Pay process.

7. Process Improvement and Automation: 

- Support the implementation of financial tools to streamline reporting and analysis.
