Lush North America supports over 270 retail stores in Canada and the USA. Lush is known worldwide for our unique bath and beauty products. We pride ourselves on amazing skin and hair care, personalized customer service, environmental activism and a vibrant store atmosphere. We believe it's our responsibility to advocate for the environment, animals and people in need. We're passionate about giving back to organizations locally and around the world.

As the Intermediate Financial Analyst, you’ll join our FP&A team and partner closely with Manufacturing Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and other teams across the business. You’ll help stakeholders understand what is happening behind the numbers, what is driving performance, and where opportunities or risks may exist.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining financial analysis, manufacturing finance, forecasting, cost accounting, and business partnering. You’ll work with operational and financial data, build models and dashboards, analyze performance, and translate complex information into clear recommendations.

Lush is a vertically integrated business spanning Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Digital, and Administration. While this role is primarily focused on Supply Chain and Purchasing, you’ll also have opportunities to learn from other analysts and gain exposure across the broader business.

As a growing business, Lush needs people that can adapt and evolve to the needs of the business. You are a listener with a structured approach to planning but are also excited to drive discussion that leads to action. You have a passion for what you do and are ready to join a business dedicated not just to technical proficiency but to the practices of fair-trade sourcing, supporting sustainable communities, and giving back to grassroots organizations.

Our Lush staff live with purpose, finding their personal value connected with the values of our business, bringing their work and life paths into one holistic journey. #mylushlife
