POSITION SUMMARY

Help shape the employee experience through better benefits, compensation, data, and Total Rewards. We are seeking a Benefits & Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role supporting benefits, compensation, Total Rewards, HR analytics, compliance, and employee experience.

The Analyst will work with employees, managers, Payroll, Finance, HR leadership, and external vendors to ensure our benefits and compensation programs are accurate, competitive, compliant, and easy for employees to understand. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys both working with people and working with data and wants to expand their experience across the broader Total Rewards function.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift Schedule: Day

Working Days: Monday - Friday
