Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry and administrative tasks related to the conversion from ADP Workforce Now to UKG Ready
- Enter, update, and maintain employee information within payroll and HR systems
- Support employee updates and payroll-related data changes
- Assist with timekeeping administration, including reviewing and updating employee time information
- Monitor and help manage the Payroll department inbox
- Respond to routine employee payroll questions and route more complex inquiries to the appropriate team member
- Maintain accurate employee and payroll-related records
- Perform general administrative support for the Payroll department
- Assist with additional payroll projects and departmental needs as assigned
- 1+ years of administrative support experience required
- Strong data-entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working with confidential employee information
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
