This is our calling Let’s talk about the role Supporting the HR Payroll team in day-to-day activities, with a strong focus on payroll operations, time & attendance and personnel administration. How you’ll make a difference: Support the monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely collection and validation of payroll inputs. Manage time and attendance, absences, holidays, leaves, sickness and other payroll-related information. Support employee administration throughout the entire employment lifecycle, including hires, contractual changes, transfers and terminations. Maintain and update employee records and HR/payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Prepare documentation and information required for payroll processing and statutory obligations. Support the management of INPS, INAIL and other administrative requirements, working alongside the payroll provider. Perform payroll checks and basic reconciliations, investigating discrepancies where necessary. Respond to employees' questions regarding payslips, attendance, leave and HR administrative processes. Support the preparation of payroll and HR reports. Collaborate with HR, Finance and other internal stakeholders. Contribute to improving and simplifying HR administration and payroll processes. Skills for success: Degree or diploma in Economics, HR or Business Administration. 1-3 years of experience in payroll, HR administration or personnel administration in a retail or multinational environment. Good knowledge of the Italian CCNL Commercio. Basic knowledge of Italian labor law, payroll and social security principles. Knowledge of Zucchetti, particularly for Time & Attendance management, is highly desirable. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with data.
