Key Responsibilities

Financial Oversight

• Manage day-to-day financial operations of the organization
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting

Compliance & Controls

• Maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance
• Oversee financial processes specific to the home care industry

Leadership

• Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy and decision-making

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Controller, ideally within home care or healthcare
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance
