Governance Risk Compliance Analyst

Hybrid Preferred (1-2 days onsite  MA Office), open to Remote candidates

• Working with Staples’ customers and partners to address their security and compliance needs.
• Supporting the Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Team with broad involvement in risk management operations.
• Provide direct customer request response including monitoring the Customer Trust mailbox and escalating requests as needed.
• Responding to customer inquiries through a platform or spreadsheet
• Interface with business units, procurement, legal, customers and vendors to ensure that security goals and policies are enforced and communicated

Skills:

• Ability to provide security and compliance expertise to existing and prospective customers.

• Ability to contribute to security documentation.
• Ability to partner with technical and non-technical business teams on security-related processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Programs
• Prior Governance Risk and Compliance or Legal experience preferred
• Prior Cyber Security or Technology experience preferred

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years in a customer service environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment.
