Fund Controller

We are partnering with a leading European private equity firm to appoint a Fund Controller to join its Dublin office. This is a key hire reporting to the Finance Director, with responsibility for overseeing fund administration, reporting, and governance, while managing key external service provider relationships.<\/span><\/b>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>

• Lead the preparation and delivery of quarterly and annual investor reporting in accordance with relevant accounting standards and fund documentation<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Oversee the calculation and issuance of capital calls and distribution notices in line with limited partnership agreements<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Act as a key point of contact for investor queries relating to fund reporting and notices<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory obligations, including the preparation of fund -related regulatory filings<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Work closely with Investor Relations and Deal Teams to coordinate and deliver high -quality investor reporting<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Proactively manage the relationship with fund administrators, including performance oversight and regular feedback<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Oversee and coordinate the relationship with external auditors<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Maintain strong governance standards in line with firm policies and best practice<\/span>

  Requirements:<\/span><\/b>
  <\/span><\/p>

  • 4+ years’ post -qualified experience, ideally within practice or financial services<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Experience in private equity, fund administration, or audit of investment funds is advantageous<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Strong academic background<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Self -starter with a proactive and solutions -driven mindset<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span>
