The FP&A Manager, Americas Finance role is part of Kearney’s Americas Finance team and will report to Director of FP&A. This role serves as a trusted business partner to Finance and firm leadership, providing financial insights and analysis that support informed decision-making, operational excellence, and long-term business performance.

The FP&A Manager will play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, performance analysis, and ad hoc financial planning and analysis. Working independently and collaboratively across the organization, this individual will proactively identify trends, communicate insights, and develop value-added analyses that help improve profitability and financial performance. The role will support The Americas Region; North America.

FP&A Manager compensation range\: $135K-$150K

It is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
