We’re looking for a Financial Controller to join our team in, Poeldijk.

Responsible for leading the finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong governance and controls, and providing strategic financial leadership to support business growth and decision-making.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare annual financial statements.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Develop and maintain effective internal controls.
• Manage audits, statutory reporting, and internal and external compliance requirements.
• Lead the finance transactional activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification preferred (ACCA, CPA, ACA, RA, AA, CMA, or equivalent).
• Progressive finance experience including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
• Leadership and stakeholder management.
• Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• ERP and advanced Excel proficiency.

• Salary starting from €5,000 per month, depending on skills and experience
• 26 days paid vacation, plus national holidays
