Financial Controller

The Financial Controller will oversee all accounting and financial operations for a growing company operating across manufacturing, distribution, and online sales channels. This role requires an experienced finance leader who can manage financial reporting, budgeting, controls, cash flow, and overall accounting functions while supporting executive decision making.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands on, with the ability to lead a team, improve processes, and provide strong financial oversight. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Controller looking to take ownership of the finance function within a stable and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting and financial operations

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions

• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations

• Manage and mentor accounting staff

• Improve financial systems, reporting processes, and operational efficiencies

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• 4–5+ years of Controller experience required

• Strong experience in manufacturing, distribution, and e-commerce required

• Proven leadership and team management experience

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills

• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands on execution

• CPA or advanced accounting credentials a plus

Type: Full time, in office

Salary: $150,000- $200,000
