Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level Financial Analyst to join our growing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function. Reporting to the Senior Manager of FP&A, you will support budgeting, forecasting, and recurring financial reporting across our casino, hotel, brewery, and pub operations. This role is a strong opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to build a foundation in corporate finance within the gaming and hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of the annual operating budget and periodic reforecasts across all divisions
• Prepare monthly and bi-weekly P&L reporting packages and flash reports for finance leadership
• Perform budget-to-actual and prior-period variance analysis, and research drivers with department managers
• Maintain and update forecast models for revenue, labor, and operating expenses
• Analyze labor cost as a percentage of revenue against budget and staffing targets
• Assist Accounting with month-end close support, including reconciliations and accrual schedules
• Track capital expenditure requests and project spend against approved budgets
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis to leadership, such as ROI, pricing, and cost studies
• Document financial models, assumptions, and reporting procedures

Skills / Experience

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role; relevant internships considered
• Working understanding financial statements, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet recurring reporting deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming registration
• Preferred - Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, lookups, and pivot tables
• Preferred - Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Preferred - Experience with Sage Intacct or a comparable ERP/general ledger system
• Preferred - Exposure to gaming or hospitality financials (e.g., win, hold, RevPAR, food and beverage cost)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout the casino and property.
• Must be able to move throughout all areas of the property, including back-of-house and public areas.
• Use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and radios as needed.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and varying temperature conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds as necessary.
