Responsibilities & Requirements

The Financial Analyst II supports the financial health and operational reliability of Kettering Health by preparing, analyzing, and communicating financial data to inform decision-making and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role collaborates with departments to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models, and provides insights to improve resource utilization and cost effectiveness. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldThree years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis, decision support, budgeting, accounting, or a related analytical role.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Experience in healthcare finance or financial planning and analysis within a healthcare setting Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP), or similar credential
