Financial Analyst - Financial Assessment

Your role Under the supervision of the Director Financial Assessment, this person will have the following responsibilities: Support the Asset Management and Accounting team in updating the financial models for various investments within the Capital Portfolio, performing ad hoc analyses, preparing asset dashboards, and other related activities. Assist the team by building and analysing financial models for project feasibility studies, including reviewing key assumptions and conducting sensitivity analyses to assess project robustness. Participate in the development, review, and analysis of bid models for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) projects, including evaluating pricing assumptions, operational risks, and financial performance metrics. Prepare reports and actively participate in presentations to the senior leadership team. About you Undergraduate degree in finance or similar. MBA or Masters in Finance along with a CFA designation is an asset. A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis. Strong analytical experience including financial modelling & valuation. Knowledge of the infrastructure sector is an asset. Bloomberg knowledge is an asset. Good understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Office with excellent knowledge of Excel. Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Strong problem solving & presentation skills. Capability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency while having the ability to adapt quickly. Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and spoken). * ** Member of the Canadian or Global Leadership Team: This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as it involves collaboration with members of the Canadian or global leadership team located outside Québec.
