The selected candidate will be employed by Critical Mission Services Sp. z o.o., part of Amentum. We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst/ Analityk Finansowy , who will support our ES&T Business Unit. In this role you will be a member of Global Business Services Financial Planning and Analysis Team and collaborate with finance peers, senior stakeholders and Controllers. This will be a fixed term contract with a 13 month duration. Specifically, you will be responsible for: Coordinating monthly and quarterly reporting for ES&T, participating in month end activities, providing various month end financial analysis Collaborating and partnering with Finance Business Partners to prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting at BU level and assessing business trends Performing various analysis across Business Units and for ES&T, suggesting potential improvement to existing reports, responding to emerging reporting needs (Excel, Power BI) Reviewing monthly financial adjustments and assessing areas for improvement Supporting financial planning and forecasting processes Assisting in managing G&A costs by maintaining in house OH Projects Participating in internal and external audits Ensuring best practice is implemented and maintained in line with company requirements, audit requirements, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and US GAAP Key requirements: Master's degree in Finance or Accounting, equivalent major or equivalent experience ( 3-5 years, preferably in General Ledger and or Project Accounting) Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken Strategic thinking combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills by proactively reviewing financial data to make recommendations Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle) and significant, advanced Excel skills with the proven ability to analyse large data sets.
