Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and update product cost standards.
• Manage weekly and monthly cost reporting and analyze variance to targets.
• Identify and lead process improvements in financial planning and reporting systems.
• Drive the month-end close process and provide insightful variance commentary.
• Contribute to the plant leadership team by offering training and support on financial information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in financial analysis or manufacturing finance.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP, Excel, and financial modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and variance analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills and effective communication abilities.

Preferences

• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• Experience with 4Site is a plus.
