Finance Manager

HornBill is working with a dynamic Biopharma client in their search for a Finance Manager in Boston, Massachusetts (MA). This add to staff will be responsible for assisting with the full scope of FP&A responsibilities. Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and improving upon repeatable and scalable processes that support a fast-paced growing biopharma company
• Building presentations for our Executive Team, Board and investors, as well as supporting due diligence efforts for M&A activities, will be central to this role
• This role will partner closely with the Director of FP&A and Business Unit Leaders on matters relating to the delivery of financial and operational performance that will enable the company to achieve its strategic objectives
• Other duties as assigned

• 7+ years' experience driving FP&A and/or accounting efforts
• Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally across departments
• Advanced financial modeling and quantitative skills with a passion for using data to drive better decision-making
