Finance Manager

HornBill has a client seeking a Finance Manager in Marlborough, Massachusetts (MA). Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models
• Perform reporting and analytical projects
• Consult with, interpret for, and explain results to leaders
• Analyze operational and financial results
• Develop and manage business plan and budget processes
• Oversee capital asset allocation processes
• Develop and track key metrics
• Lead analyst team and guide the development of the department

• MBA or CPA
• 5+ years of experience as a quantitative analyst performing research and developing financial spreadsheets and mathematical models
• Previous indirect/direct supervision is preferred
• Experience developing and maintaining reporting
• Experience with financial reporting systems (e.g. Great Plains, Catalyst, Hyperion, etc.)
• Experience with high growth and acquisitive companies is preferred
