Role overview

Brigit is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to support our next phase of growth by driving core FP&A functions, including strategic modeling, budgeting, and performance analysis. This role is perfect for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys building in a fast-paced environment at a mission-driven fintech company.

You’ll collaborate with leaders across the organization to develop forecasts, analyze performance, and deliver insights that drive strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a passion for process improvement, and a willingness to dive deep into data to uncover key business trends.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $135,000 - $155,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible (other benefits listed below). The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
