Pay rate : $60- $64/hr Title : Finance Manager 2 Duration : 12 months Location : Bellevue, WADescription: Top skills: -Budget Forecasting -Financial Analysis -Stakeholder Management -P&L ManagementSchedule: Fully onsiteKEY RESPONSIBILITEs/REQUIREMENTSLResponsibilities and Duties: •Manage the Account Team’s Marketing budget, including but not limited to oConsolidate marketing program details, such as program structure, background, business and financial details from program owners and deliver overall Account-level view. oManage and forecast budget plans, reconcile between planned budget and actuals and lead month-end closing with variance reporting oCategorize the marketing spending, keep the track record of the historical the spend, and provide MoM, QoQ and YoY comparisons. oCoordinate between Marketing, Sales and Finance Teams on marketing budget allocation process based on priority and business needs. oCoordinate the program owners to prepare quality documentation for approval process. oValidate final deliverables against contract, communicate issues with the stakeholders (if any), develop solutions and recommendations and lead payment process.Background/Experience Required: •Bachelor's Degree in Finance or business-related field •6+ years of work experience (mobile or Client industry preferred) •Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing, the principles of driving audience relevance, budget management but ultimately the need to drive sales •A proven self-starter, they must be a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills •Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills for both internal and external discussions •Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve business objectives, personal and team goals, and complete assignments within established timeframes and specificationsNecessary Skills and Attributes: •Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company •Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects •Review detailed product development, marketing documents and media materials •Advanced Excel functions, such as pivot tables, various lookups, sumifs, sumproducts, index/match, concat. •Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels. •The ability to develop tasks and work assignments, based on sometime vaguely defined objectivesPhysical/Mental Demands: •The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment: oWork is generally performed in an office environment oOperate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal 50% of work time, including prolonged periods of time oThe movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time under 25 pounds oPerforms work under time schedules and stresses which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive job stress, fatigue, unpaid over-time, intellectual challenge, constant technical data feedback, language barriers, and business management stress oMachines, tools, equipment, and work aids representative and commonly associated with PCs, printers, and office work areas*BEELINE JD* Summary: The main function of a Finance Manager is to supervise and direct analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions. The Finance Manager would be responsible for keeping up with accounting-related policies and procedures.Job Responsibilities: Direct the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and analyses of future earnings or expenses, that summarize and forecast the organization's financial position. Prepare special reports required by regulatory authorities. Direct the organization's budgets to meet its financial goals. Oversee the investment of funds, manage associated risks, supervise cash management activities. Execute capital-raising strategies to support a firm's expansion. Oversee the firm's issuance of credit, establishing credit-rating criteria, determining credit ceilings, and monitoring the collections of past-due accounts.Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking. Expert ability to work independently and manage one's time. Expert ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
