Overview
Sales Finance provides a critical experience in collaborating with the Sales organization as well as learning how to effectively manage trade and product mix to deliver profit plan. As an Associate Finance Manager at PepsiCo, you will be a key Sales Finance contact responsible for providing the financial expertise and recommendations that enable effective decision-making within the business. This role supports the Small Format Channel within Beverages in the Atlantic Region. The business is $600MM in annual NR and highly fast-paced. This role will provide overall support for the period end results, preparation of forecasts, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Quarterly Business Plans (QBP), along with financial analysis, reporting and budgeting. There are no direct reports for this position.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with the Sales leadership team and provide support for key business deliverables, providing clear guidance to the sales team with a focus on delivering profitable growth
- Partner with Sales to lead the annual planning process, providing thought leadership on growth-drivers, tradeoffs, gaps to targets, and recommending creative strategies and solutions to close the gap and deliver the plan
- Lead the periodic/quarterly forecast process providing clear guidance to the team, identify key business drivers, gain alignment with Sales leadership, and highlight risks and opportunities
- Perform ad hoc analyses that demonstrate problem solving, provide insightful analysis of business results to Senior Management, and successfully influence acceptance of your recommendations to the broader team
- Partner with Revenue Management to analyze trade investment decisions and work through activity contingency requests
- Identify opportunities for process simplification and consistently focus the team on the most critical priorities
- Support the sales team to enhance cross-functional financial acumen and build partnerships that ensure all functions are working together to drive performance
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications
This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required (Finance or Accounting preferred)
- MBA or CPA is a plus- not required
Work Experience:
- 3 – 5+ years of practical exposure in some of the following areas: Financial Planning and Analysis, evaluating business performance, Financial Accounting and Control.
- Functional finance experience is a plus (e.g. Marketing, Sales, RGM etc.)
- CPG experience, preferred

- Experience with forecasting and budgeting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications
