Compensation: Budgeted between $90,000 and $120,00 dependent upon applicable experience.

Remote: Experity offers Team Members the opportunity to work remotely or in an office.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Annual Planning process for your business unit's financial and strategic plan.
• Lead projects that provide new information to business leaders and give confidence in the decision-making process.
• Promote data-driven decision-making.
• Successfully collaborate with many different stakeholders and senior leadership to identify solutions needed to meet their business goals and provide influential advice, insight, challenge, and decision support.
• Manage special projects such as strategic planning, business case preparation, and M&A support.
• Ensure alignment between operational decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Review, analyze, and ensure the quality of operational data.
• Work with teams to develop operational insights and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with ad hoc analysis and support.
• Gather, consolidate, and analyze key financial metrics and understand the root causes of fluctuations with revenue and costs.
• Maintain monthly reporting materials.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

• Five years of related work experience.
• Understanding of general financial reporting.
• Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.

• Master’s Degree or MBA.
• Private equity experience.

Travel:

Ability to travel as needed.
