Job Description:
- Must have health care payroll experince
- Must have UKG dimensions and oracle
- Attendance is key. No calling out is allowed in the first two weeks. All requested time off must be submitted at the time of request.
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Assistant.
- The Payroll Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a payroll team.
- Payroll Processing: Assist in processing biweekly payroll for employees, including data entry, timekeeping, and calculation of wages and deductions.
- Verification: Verify timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to hours worked.
- Communication: Address employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and deductions promptly and professionally by email and phone.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized and secure payroll records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prior experience in payroll processing or a similar role is a plus.
- 1 year of recent experience.
- UKG dimensions and Oracle
- Some proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Team player with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.
- High School Diploma/GED
