With several high-impact global initiatives underway and a strong focus on financial performance across our Engineering functions, we are seeking an Engineering Financial Controller to join our team based in St-Bruno, QC. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a global organization, partnering with senior leadership and influencing key financial decisions across Engineering.

Your future role

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and collaborative finance professional who thrives in a complex, global environment. You bring strong financial controlling expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders. You are passionate about driving performance, improving tools and processes, and enabling teams with meaningful financial insights.

Take on a high-impact role where you will oversee financial planning, reporting, and cost optimization for the global Engineering functions. Acting as a trusted partner to the Global Engineering Leadership team, you will ensure alignment with business objectives while driving efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement across regions.

In this role, you will manage a significant global scope, including oversight of approximately €800M in annual functional costs, supporting a network of 85 sites and 9,500 employees, and providing financial insight across 15 million annual engineering hours—ensuring strong financial discipline and performance at scale.
