We are seeking a Director, Tax Pursuits Lead who will own the pursuit process for our tax practice, from targeted opportunities through large, complex RFP responses. As Director, Tax Pursuits, you will play a critical role in driving growth across the Tax practice by leading the firm's most significant and complex pursuit opportunities.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, Tax, you will partner closely with Tax leadership, partners, Practice and Industry leaders, and the broader Growth organization to manage high-value pursuits from strategy through close. This is a highly visible role for a leader who can operate comfortably with senior executives and partners, bring clarity to complex situations, and move teams toward a common objective, often under tight deadlines and significant pressure.
