In this role as Director – Accounts Payable Americas , supporting all our Strategic Business Groups (SBG) across the Americas Region and acting as Disbursements Global Process Owner (GPO), you will serve as a strategic financial leader for the Accounts Payable and Disbursements functions. Your primary goals will be to manage the seamless delivery of the AP & Disbursement financial services in-line with the committed service levels; continuously seek to implement process and financial systems improvements; become a strategic partner for the business functions by excelling in stakeholder management and efficient collaboration with the Business Relationship Managers (BRM); drive productivity initiatives along with the GBS Transformation team demonstrating excellent domain in data analysis, process improvement, change management and AI solutions & applications; building up talent internally through the available skills enhancement, career planning and engagement initiatives, measured through high employee engagement and efficient succession planning. You will be directly accountable for adopting high control standards and ensuring policy compliance in every transaction. The role will be reporting directly into the GBS Financial Services Hub Leader for Mexico and will be based out of our Regional Finance Center in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
