A large, respected hospital in Paris, Texas is seeking an experienced Controller to join its leadership team and partner closely with the CFO to drive financial excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Provide financial leadership and strategic direction for the department
✔ Develop and implement departmental goals, plans, and standards aligned with organizational objectives
✔ Oversee departmental operations, quality initiatives, and service delivery standards
✔ Manage staffing activities including hiring, performance evaluations, and professional development
✔ Prepare, monitor, and manage departmental budgets and financial performance
✔ Coordinate and direct internal and external audits
✔ Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth
✔ Ensure operational compliance with organizational, legal, and ethical standards

Requirements

Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor's Degree required
✅ Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
✅ Prior hospital or healthcare finance experience is required
