Controller

The Controller will oversee the company's accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient day to day management of the accounting department. This role requires a seasoned professional who can take ownership of financial processes and provide leadership in all areas of accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting and financial operations

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

• Maintain internal controls and accounting procedures

• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial performance

• Review and reconcile financial statements and reports

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

• Support leadership with financial analysis and decision making

• Manage and improve accounting processes and workflows

Qualifications:

• Prior Controller or senior accounting experience required

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Experience overseeing full cycle accounting operations

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
