Up to $110k/year

Duties:

• Handle the full Accounts Payable process from start to finish and provide backup support for Accounts Receivable
• Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and analysis
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Manage inventory accounting and fixed assets
• Complete month-end close
• Assist with annual audits and tax filings
• Help with administrative and clerical tasks as needed, this is a hands-on role 

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Associate's degree minimum)
• Experience with AP, AR, General Ledger, month-end/year-end close, audits, and financial reporting
• Strong balance sheet reconciliation experience is required
• Software implementation or conversion experience is a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills
• Experience with intercompany accounting and consolidations across multiple entities is preferred
