Controller. Commercial Real Estate Controller. NextStep Recruiting is working with a fantastic Commercial Real Estate Developer / Hospitality Industry Organization in the Uptown Dallas area who is looking to hire an experienced Controller to join their team. 

Candidates should have:

• A bachelor’s in accounting or a similar field. An advanced degree and/or certifications are a plus
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience and accounting leadership experience in a Commercial Real Estate Development and Management organization.
• Experience working with self-managed properties as well as 3rd party management firms
• Corporate accounting experience with consolidations, eliminations, etc. Strong experience with improving processes and automation
