Goals for this internship:
- Time & Material billings for several industrial accounts using ERP software Vista by Viewpoint
- Cost management of accounts
- Communications with site Foremen and Project Manager regarding billings via email and phone
- Reporting of billing status and balances using Excel reports
- Communicating with accounting professionals and project management professionals to solve problems and facilitate profitable work
To accomplish these goals, we need someone with the following qualities:
- Demonstrates professionalism
- Enjoys learning new processes
- Excellent understanding of foundational accounting concepts
- Wants to live and work in Evansville, Indiana, during Summer 2025
