Position Overview:

Luminate Bank is centralizing its Regulatory Change Management function within Enterprise Compliance to strengthen oversight of regulatory obligations across all business units. The Compliance Analyst – Regulatory Change Management is the operational owner of this function: tracking regulatory and GSE changes from identification through confirmed, evidenced implementation; coordinating with business unit (BU) leads on scoping, notification, and evidence collection; and supporting risk-tiered post-implementation effectiveness testing. This role is central to Luminate Bank's readiness for FDIC and Minnesota Department of Commerce (MN-DOC) examinations, Ginnie Mae issuer oversight, and potential OCC charter conversion.
