Responsibilities
This position requires candidates to be on-site 4-days a week (Monday - Thursday) at our Rosemont, IL Headquarters.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct market pricing and salary benchmarking for new and existing roles using compensation surveys and market data
- Support job evaluations and maintain job descriptions, job architecture, salary grades, and pay ranges
- Analyze internal pay data to assess market competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with compensation philosophy
- Participate in compensation surveys by gathering, validating, and submitting organizational data
- Help monitor compliance with pay transparency, wage and hour, and other compensation-related laws and guidelines
- Support annual compensation planning processes, including merit increases, bonus planning, and salary structure updates
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree
